When will I receive my purchase?

Turn Around Time (time between ordering and when item is shipped): Most items are made to order and will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days. If you need a product sooner, please contact me and I will do everything in my power to make it happen!

How long is shipping?

I mainly use USPS ground advantage shipping, which is typically delivered within 3-4 business days, depending on where you are located.

Can I return my item?

All items are made to order, with customizations that make it unique to the customer. Since I’m a small business, I am unable to accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Do you take custom orders?
